HARIS was established through the merger of a consulting and training organization operating in Poland (Sandler Training Polska), part of the world's largest network of its kind, Sandler Inc. and over 18 years of recruitment and management expertise gained in leading international corporations. Our mission is to help companies optimize their recruitment processes, attract top candidates, reduce recruitment costs, and overcome challenges in talent acquisition. Our experience includes building start-up structures, managing recruitment centers for the EMEA region, as well as intensifying and standardizing mass recruitment. We aim to educate our clients on how to effectively position themselves in the job market to compete for the most competent talent. We audit, advise, train, and optimize HR processes.
