In 2013 HARKE Group GmbH, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, took over 100 % of the shares of Sepulchre Chemical Distribution S. A. with its subsidiaries in Hungary and Romania and a sales office in Poland. Sepulchre Chemical Distribution is present on the Romanian market from the ‘70s and a reliable partner for Romanian industry. SEPULCHRE Romania S.R.L. has been reorganised and renamed in March 2017 – the company continues its activities as HARKE Romania SCS.
