Harlem 125 Records

H125R is a Harlem, New York-based music creation company. We write, produce, mix and collaborate with up-and-coming as well as A-list artists, in addition to working on TV and Broadway shows. Originality and meaningfulness are key. H125R was incepted in early 2017 as a way to collaborate with, and provide an outlet for, the incredible resources of talent concentrated around one of the most influential creative centers in modern culture. Record producer and long-time Harlem resident Andre Danek, inspired by his friend and colleague Row James, realized that forming a company like this would be a perfect way to give back to the community that he himself has benefited so much from. Our collaborators include recording artists, spoken word performers and Broadway talent. Our goal is to build a platform that helps artists create meaningful art and that bridges the gap between the open mic scene and the Essence Fest.
