My passion for massage is reflected through my work taking the care and attention thats needed for each individual person's needs. My aim is to promote health and complete well being, and to offer the best possible treatments that will help towards achieving the best results. People are often quite fascinated at how massage can so effective and beneficial, especially if they had been suffering unnecessarily over a period of months or even years from the discomfort of painful muscular aches and pains. As well as providing various relaxing treatments, my main specialty is sports/deep tissue massage work which focuses upon specific problem areas such as sore, tight muscular aches, pains and stiff joints. Problems within the neck and shoulders and lower back are quite common amongst many of my clients and I have a good reputation for helping people to gain better flexibility and pain free movement within the joints and muscles.
