Hi, My name is Julia Reguła-Bruzda. I am a psychologist and a enthusiast of human potential and development possibilities. My mission is to support people in achieving their goals, increasing awareness, and building a healthier and more fulfilling life With over 17 years of experience as a psychologist working on individuals health and potential, in managing development projects and over 8 years of experience in human resources management, I specialize in working with people both in and outside of the business. I have over 1300 hours of coaching experience (Erickson's method, ICF, PCC level) and have conducted over 900 training days (approximately training hours). I combine various development & therapeutic techniques (including third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques) to create personalized therapy aimed at improving the quality of life for my clients. I am deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their inner potential and lead lives of purpose and fulfillment.
