Harness Coaching - Giving you freedom to change Proactive, supportive coaching sessions to harness your inner power and find the right pathway for positive change. Services Offered - We are an Alternative Provision for Staffordshire County Council offering Part time Alternative and Complementary Provision. SEN Students - 121 or small groups of students who are looking for support to remain in mainstream education or return to it. We offer 6 week programme to help them identify strengths and a more positive outlook to life and edcuations that can also include some practical qualitifcations that can help be a first step in their careers. Well being with Horses for Adults - 2 hrs small group session, great as an introduction to the amazing experience being with the horses can have to our long term mental health. Confident Kids Coaching sessions - 1.5 hrs small group for kids who are struggling to get back into life after lock down. 121 sessions - for those who feel they need support that is trailored to them and to help formulate a sustainable plan of your own that can build up your self-confidence to make those changes in your life you keep putting off. Corporate teams - We can offer support to companies who want to do the right things for their staff when it comes to wellbeing but they are not sure what this looks like in this stange new world of work that we all find outselves in.
