We have been recruiting Engineers across the USA & UK since 2006 and believe in keeping things really, really simple. We are able to recruit either on a Contingent, Retained or Managed Serviced basis. The majority of roles we work on are Maintenance, Quality, Process, Tooling, Design, Engineering and Managerial positions. The company ethos is not to sell a subjective promise to candidates or clients as it isn’t a recruiter's decision which job to take or candidate to employ. A recruiter's job first and foremost is to listen, advise and provide options, whether that be candidates for a role or vacancies for a candidate.
