In July 2010, Linda Harris started this company with the goal of helping subcontractors, in the construction industry, grow their business. She wanted to give these business owners a "level playing ground" when competing against bigger companies for jobs. We work with subcontractors that have been in business for three to five years, may have employees, but no administrative staff, and the owner wants to grow their business. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of your business, with clients using our services anywhere from 5 to 20+ hours per month. We can help create and implement systems and procedures for your business that work for you. Then when your business reaches the stage that you need to hire someone, either part or full time, these systems and procedures continue with your business. We can even help transition your new employee, allowing you to focus other other things. Linda brings a wide range of experience to her customers; from working in a large, international company to smaller, single-owner businesses. This wide range of experience gives her a unique perspective for her clients, allowing her to find solutions that work for them.
