Harrison Advisory was formed in 2016. We advise clients on complex financial matters in the areas of forensic accounting, valuation, and M&A due diligence. Our forensic accounting practice advises businesses and individuals involved in litigation, fraud investigations, and other disputes. This work often involves accounting reconstructions, business valuation issues, economic damages, fraud or fraudulent transfers, and other complex financial analysis. We also advise clients on financial, valuation, and accounting related issues in the contexts of M&A due diligence, buy/sell transactions, financial reporting, strategy, financing, and other decision support.
