From the very beginning it started with a love of everything sweet.'harrison chocolatiers' was founded in 2017, by Alex Harrison. Alex has more than 25 years of experience in catering and teaching. Alex started his career training at the local college, this led him to working in local restaurants. Alex had his first Head Chef position by the age of 24, this opportunity led Alex to travel across the country in rosette restaurants-further enabling him to travel to Australia to explore varying culinary delights. Today you can find Alex working at the local college inspiring the next generation of Chefs. Along side running 'harrison chocolatiers' family run business with his wife.
