Harrison Network believes that given the right organisational culture, people will thrive. We aim to develop people to think, act and lead differently, creating the teams for tomorrow, today. We’ll equip and inspire people to step up together as humans to solve the complex challenges of our future. Through developing strong relationships, collaboration and creative, entrepreneurial thinking, we’ll help your teams deliver better results. We do this through learning programmes, facilitation and coaching and are leading the way in relationship development in major projects and nuclear. We use experiential learning (learning through doing) and applied learning (applying it to the workplace) to embed mindset and behaviour change, underpinned with high quality facilitation and coaching. We believe that learning should be set in motion, not in stone. We are based in the Lake District, Cumbria and seek to work with like minded people and organisations.
