HARTE-BAVENDAMM Rechtsanwälte, founded in 2008, is a law firm specializing in intellectual property. We advise our clients from the development of their business concepts to the realization and marketing of their products. We provide strategic advice concerning the creation, acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights as well as advice on research and development, license and distribution agreements. We try and detect possible conflicting intellectual property interests at an early stage in order to minimize risks for our clients.
