After successfully passing the real estate industries single most challenging entrance exam he embarked on a multi award-winning career in sales. During his time in sales Jim spent countless hours studying the art of sales and leadership. He knew that success only comes to those who are prepared when opportunity knocks. In 2012 such an opportunity came. The chance to start his own company, to recruit and lead a sales team of his own while operating under the established banner of a global real estate franchise. There is no better test of skill and fortitude than real life. In a market that was still recovering from the devastating effects of the Global Financial Crisis Jim's sales team thrived for nearly two years. It was time for Jim's life-long dream to come true. It was time to expand to new premises with a new trading name. With the full support of his award winning team Jim negotiated the transfer across to HART's Real Estate.
