I exist to inspire, influence and impact! My mother brought me to Canada to get an education and a better life. I heard, go to school, work hard and get an excellent education. So, I became the person I believe made my family proud. An elite athlete with two degrees, and a great job! I have been called driven, an over producer and most recently a Super Achiever. Truth be told, as I advanced in my career, I found myself feeling like a fraud! I was. Physically exhausted Financially upside down Bored and playing small What makes me unique is I've walked through the fire, risen from the ashes and have BROKEN FREE. I now live to experience growth, change and transformation. I have learned to produce results with ease, grace, fun and play. I believe people like you and me are destined to be great. People who Feel the most alive when we are creating. Are destined to push the envelope because growth can never occur when you stand in the same place too long. Believe leaders intuitively know that rules need to be bent and even broken for innovation and change to be possible. Beleive our difference and unique gifts are what makes the team stronger. See collaboration not a competition as our access to massive success. Know that mindset and character ignites skills, attitude and relationships. Five words that express who I am are Integrity, Health, Freedom, Leadership and Community. My core message is the first person we each must lead is ourselves. While I love beautiful things, success is to feel fulfilled. It is. The experiences that make you want to pinch yourself. The places and spaces that take your breath away.
