Hauora Aotearoa

Hauora Aotearoa is bringing daily hauora(wellbeing) practices into our classrooms to drive generational change so our kaiako(teachers) and rangatahi(youth) can live well, learn well and lead well! Maranga mai(Wake up). The time is now, e te iwi! Me mahi tahi tātou hei oranga mō te katoa ~ We must work together for the wellbeing of all. Are you with us? From five years as M3 Mindfulness, we transition to Hauora Aotearoa. Hauora Aotearoa is grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā. We teach tools to strengthen each of the four walls of our wellbeing whare - taha tinana (physical health), taha hinengaro (mental health), taha wairua (spiritual health), taha whānau (social wellbeing).
