Haven Specialty Coffee is a brand new specialty coffee brand in Sydney since 2015 which the first store located in Surry Hills, Sydney. Haven aim to be one of the top specialty coffee brand in Asia and provides unique coffee and dining experience to the customers. This brand cares so much on all quality of the coffee, food, tea, service and environment to link up all of them to become a HIP specialty coffee brand. Coffee Tailoring Haven had first found the "Coffee Tailoring" concept which is based on the request from the customers to tailor made the perfect cup of coffee. The idea of Coffee Tailoring basically is according to the customer's request on five major areas: Acidity, Sweetness, Body, Aroma and Aftertaste, to do the adjustment of the grinding size, the ratio, coffee weight, temperature and the extraction time, etc. We believed that every barista should has the ability to being more flexible on the coffee brewing and shouldn't be limited instead of following the fixed standard as we believed that is the true value of the barista, not a machine. Consultancy & Management Service Beside of the cafe business, Haven also provides consultancy and management service to assist people to make their dream comes true and secure their business, especially that's very important to have a good concept to start with and a good operations system for the long term development.
