Our developments combine on-site clean power generation, AI-enabled data infrastructure, and agritech innovation to deliver long-term reliability, efficiency, and prosperity to the regions we serve. At the heart of our platform is the AI Hub of Innovation (AHI) — now under construction in Central Alberta. AHI serves as the blueprint for future Havenz communities across Canada. It delivers rapid-response power to Alberta’s grid, improving system stability during periods of peak demand, while producing ultra-low to zero-carbon energy through our proprietary Natrogen™ technology — an efficient, water-free power solution built for Alberta’s climate and industrial backbone. Our template-based model allows communities to be replicated, scaled, and adapted for local conditions — reducing costs, accelerating approvals, and aligning with Alberta and Federal mandates for clean energy, digital innovation, and Indigenous participation. Each site is developed in partnership with First Nations, ensuring equity ownership, community benefits, and long-term self-determination in Canada’s energy and technology future.
