These scenarios are no faults of the innovator but are due to their inability to manage the responsibilities of the success their establishment has achieved over a period effectively. With growing processes and employees, dilution of organizational culture is a huge possibility, which leads to the negligence of the vision, mission and objectives upon which the school was founded.
