HavItAll is a new software development arm of a social gaming company. We are pushing the boundaries in terms of enabling hackers to get paid well to experiment with new technologies whilst taking full advantage of a Mediterranean lifestyle. We believe that a great workplace is all about working with STUNNING colleagues, not about the Nespresso machine, nice offices or the great parties. We love those things too but they are only if they help us find and keep STUNNING colleagues. Like every company, we will try to hire well. UNLIKE others, we reward adequate performance with a severance package. This is because we cannot tolerate adequate performers blocking positions that need to be filled by stars. We reward team members that produce B grade performance with A grade effort through a severance package. We reward team members that produce A grade performance with little effort through pay increases.
