In January 2022, I took a bold step by establishing Hawa Hyath Consulting, marking the beginning of a new chapter after amassing 23 years of invaluable expertise in leadership roles across some of the world's most prestigious organizations. My journey has been a global adventure, encompassing diverse industries and disciplines, nurturing a natural inclination for technology, creativity, and problem-solving. I had the privilege of serving in roles that required reporting to headquarters in the USA, Korea, UK, Turkey, and China, including a pivotal 3-year tenure in Dubai, overseeing the Middle East and Africa markets. I started in the Engineering Division of Vodacom, working in the team that built Base Stations. Subsequently, I ventured into the world of consulting as an IT Project Manager at Nedbank. Transitioning to Coca-Cola, I assumed the role of Business Systems Lead, immersing myself in the intricacies of systems management and optimization. My journey continued as I stepped into the dynamic field of marketing, serving as Marketing Lead and later as Director at industry giants like Samsung, Huawei, Honor, and vivo. These roles enabled me to seamlessly merge strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping my approach to crafting end-to-end consumer experiences that resonate globally. My Current Focus: Building Value for Clients Today, my central focus lies in creating value for my clients.
