Hawkeye Title is an abstract and real estate title evidencing company for Johnson County properties. We provide services for individual property owners as well as interested parties, attorneys, lenders, and realtors both local and national. Hawkeye Title was established with the purchase of United Title & Settlement Services in 2004, and we continued to grow in 2021 with the addition of the Reliance Title Services team. Hawkeye Settlement Services is a full-service escrow closing company. Our real estate loan closers assist individuals, lenders, and realtors with the transaction closing services they need.
