We are independent wine merchants and importers based in the medieval market town of Ledbury, stocking small producers dedicated to creating wines and spirits of expression, vibrancy and quality. Hay Wines was founded in 2009 as a wholesale business in Hay on Wye, we supplied quality wines to Pubs & Restaurants, our first shop opened in November 2009, we operate Retail, Wholesale, Events and Online business’s from Ledbury. The company is managed by Jane and Chris, together with their enthusiast team of wine professionals. With over 75 years experience in the wine trade, the Hay Wines team brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and expertise to its customers. Our portfolio is constantly updated and improved, always offering an eclectic and unique product mix to our customers. With over 1,200 wines and spirits, supplying wholesale solutions to restaurants, pubs, hotels and wine bars mainly around the counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Powys and The Cotswolds. Hay Wines also has an exclusive range of organic, biodynamic, natural, vegan and low sulphite wines.
