Established in 2004, Hayfield is owned and led by Jane Thompson. Jane has been coaching leaders since 2003 following a 16 year investment banking career in the City of London. A German and French speaker, she advised European institutional investors on equity markets, strategy, sectors and stocks. Jane is a member of the Association of Coaching and a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach programme, a programme which holds the EQA conferred by the EMCC. Hayfield is a growing, independent coaching business working with corporations, professional service firms, public bodies and NGOs, in the UK and internationally. Hayfield project manages, resources and delivers organisational coaching programmes. We also deliver coaching skills training for managers and leaders and provide coaching supervision.
