Haynes Development, as part of Haynes Group, manages and develops both residential and commercial properties focused on community and sustainability. Haynes Development is responsible for award-winning Quarry Walk Oxford - a former stone quarry - which has been crafted into a micro-community serving as Oxford Connecticut’s Towne Center; a growing hub to shop, dine, live, work and play. Other key projects serve as economic development initiatives across the state in towns such as Seymour, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck, North Branford, North Haven, Derby and more. Past projects include Meadow Brook Estates, a 55 and older active living community in Oxford, Connecticut. Haynes Group also includes Haynes Materials, which has been providing landscaping and masonry products, and aggregate material solutions, to the Northeast for over a half a century Haynes is proud of the relationships that they’ve fostered over the years and thankful for all of their continued partnerships.
