Our company launch took place in 1998. Managing partners Joel Broadbent and J.T. Olson bring a combined 47 years of sales, recruitment and organization building experience. They have assembled a team of top recruiters by seeking out enthusiastic individuals with whom they had formed long-term personal and professional relationships. This “family” atmosphere complements our commitment to strong personal and corporate values. We are as dedicated to our families and communities as we are to our clients, and that has made the difference in how we are esteemed by our business partners We offer services for both Engaged and Contingency Searches, covering the Legal, IT Solutions, Valuation, Lit Support, and Construction verticles. In 2005, Haystack founded Northwind Search Partners. This team focuses on partnering with technology, systems, and services companies specifically in the government markets. Haystack Associates has worked with some of the biggest and best firms in the country.
