I work with leaders, teams, and organisations to get clear about their story so their communication stops being performative and starts being real. Not louder. Not slicker. Clearer. I’ve spent two decades inside boardrooms and brand rooms where narratives decide careers and silence quietly kills good ideas. I’ve also spent years on stage doing stand-up comedy, where you learn very quickly what happens when you fake confidence or hide from the truth. That combination is deliberate. Comedy teaches you timing, presence, and how to sit inside discomfort. Strategy teaches you how power works and how smart people get trained into silence. I don’t teach people how to “sound better.” I help them stop hiding so their voice actually shows up. That shows up in brand and leadership narrative, executive thought leadership, crisis communication, and in the way teams talk when something is at stake. I also run communication and presence labs for leaders and teams who are tired of confidence theatre and want to speak with clarity and integrity. And yes, I do stand-up — not as a gimmick, but because nothing teaches you more about human psychology and power than trying to make a room full of strangers laugh without lying to them.
