APP provides considered choices of well-located “off the plan” residential investment opportunities to investors, that are not generally accessible or available to the public. HCAP Asset Management (HCAP) HCAP the investment manager/trustee of HCAP’s various Single Asset Trusts (SATs) SATs are short term single purpose investment funds that target 25% plus returns to investors.
