OUR STORY Back in 2008, HCB Financial Corporation began purchasing portfolios of delinquent bank loans and properties from the FDIC. HCB Advisory Group was established in 2012, as the “inhouse brokerage” assigned to market these diverse assets. With persistence and attention to details leading the way, HCB Advisory Group was able to successfully market over worth of properties. In 2017, the owners decided to expand their real estate operation into more general real estate opportunities. They knew that in this earlier work, they had established a “process” that should always lead to a desired result. The owners launched Realty Advisors as this refined organization equipped to use our same process of listen, collaborate and communicate, but now supported by the latest technology and forms of digital communication.
