Welcome to HCT Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. HCT Foundation, Inc. aims to initiate efforts that enhance support for people living with CRPS and other complex chronic pain diagnoses, increasing awareness about chronic pain, provide assistance to those affected, and providing effective treatment options. For those unfamiliar with CRPS, we would like to provide a brief overview- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a rare and currently incurable disease- Due to limited treatment options, people with CRPS face an increased risk of suicide, being five times more likely to contemplate suicide than the general population- It is recognized as one of the most painful medical diagnoses- The intensity of its pain often surpasses that of natural childbirth and severe burns- Individuals living with CRPS experience persistent daily pain that is difficult to comprehend. HCT Foundation is committed to advancing viable treatment options, advocacy, awareness, access to quality care, and research for those impacted by these conditions. Our treatment program has achieved an 85% success rate in helping patients reach their goals. Our organization serves a growing number of children, adolescents, and adults who require assistance. We need your help to provide grants and scholarships to those that would otherwise be left behind. Here is what one CRPS patient had to say about our program: “I really thought my life was over. I had been treated at some of the top Universities and the top specialists, but nothing was working. I was in so much pain and living in despair that I did try to commit suicide.
