Hd Advisory And Project Management

Hospitality Development Advisory aka HD Advisory is a boutique consulting firm specialising in hotel, resort and related real estate development. HD Advisory works with developers, operators, asset owners from the birth of an idea or concept, through project management to the final stages of pre opening. We also assist in raising the necessary funding, as well as identifying and structuring partnerships & strategic alliances that are best suited for the long term success of your hospitality venture. Our ability to assume multiple avatars of a development manager, an investment analyst and a marketing professional, all during the hospitality development cycle gives HD Advisory the unique edge to be more effective from concept to completion.
