HDA Architects is a Georgia Corporation focusing on complex project types throughout the south Atlantic region. Much of our work lies in the medical fields. Other areas include general commercial work, city and county projects as well as historic preservation. As full service planners and architects we are involved in all phases of the project. Often times that starts with project planning and budgeting. Site analysis and feasibility studies are also common on our projects. After initial planning is done, we help our clients with programming, and building design. Next we typically produce the construction documents needed for a project which include drawings, specifications, and the general requirements for the project. Once under construction HDA staff remains acutely involved with periodic site visits, reviewing submittals, and approving all payments to the contractor. As the project nears completion HDA assures a smooth transition with organized training and system familiarization classes for the owner.
