Hdt - Health Datatrust

Health DataTrust (HDT) is a Health Data Intermediation Service Provider (PSID), specializing in the healthcare sector. HDT is notified by the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal Services and Print Media Distribution (ARCEP) and is a member of the French Association for Data Intermediation (AID). We operate as a trusted third party to ensure sovereign, secure, and regulation-compliant health data intermediation, in line with both French and European frameworks. Our role is to build a trust-based environment between data holders and users, compatible with both centralized and decentralized architectures. We also provide specialized services to facilitate seamless data transactions, including anonymization, pseudonymization, data formatting, data linkage, and traceability of personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and healthcare sector standards. Our infrastructure is based on high-level interoperability standards, notably those promoted by Gaia-X, ensuring portability, traceability, and security of all data exchanges. Our services address concrete use cases in research, innovation, and public health. Our dual expertise in healthcare and technology is a key differentiator in supporting the success of our clients’ projects. We actively contribute to the implementation of European regulations, including the Data Governance Act (DGA), the Data Act, the AI Act, and the development of the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
