A physician created wellness and weight loss program to help lose weight, prevent chronic disease, optimize physical and emotional health, and increase longevity. This 12 week comprehensive program is an all in one workplace wellness solution, which includes an online course, and one on one and group coaching options. The program is holistic and addresses all aspects of health, including nutrition, physical activity, emotional wellness, stress, mindfulness, inflammation, the microbiome, and increasing longevity. Everything in this program is firmly rooted in evidenced based science, and throughout every module, relevant, current research is cited and explained. The online course consists of 24 science "learning" modules that teach the science of weight loss, how to prevent and reverse the most common medical conditions, how to optimize physical and emotional health, and about the science of longevity. The online course also consists of 12 "coaching" modules, which focus on the practical aspects of making these lifestyle changes, and focus on topics such as mindset, how to handle setbacks, emotional eating, and more. Along with all of this amazing content, the program also includes individual or group coaching sessions. This weekly or biweekly coaching will help your team navigate their challenges, feel supported and accountable, and build strength and confidence during this amazing journey.
