Established in 2007 to breed ewes with higher levels of fat to thrive in the hill country, our farmers now run a quarter of a million breeding ewes. The breeding program has resulted in a top-performing ewe with high fertility and resilience that produces lambs with strong growth rates and unique fat composition.
