Headway Nottingham

Headway Nottingham's core service is a specialist brain injury rehabilitation day centre supporting people across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to live fulfilling lives beyond disability. Our rehab workshops address complex physical, cognitive and behavioural challenges, whilst offering practical support with welfare, housing and advocacy through our Casework service. Our By the Bedside project, delivered in collaboration with the Neuro Trauma Service, supports people from the earliest stages of their brain injury journey, in ICU and Neuro Wards at Nottingham's QMC hospital. With someone admitted to hospital every 90 seconds in the UK following acquired brain injury, our work has never been more vital. Anyone can refer to us—healthcare professionals, social workers, carers, or individuals themselves. We're here to help - visit 'make a referral' on our website.
