Headwise is an independent provider of specialist services to adults, children and families. We deliver rehabilitation and assessment to individuals with cognitive, physical, emotional and neurobehavioural impairments resulting from a brain injury or other neurological condition. Our team specialises in working with clients with complex needs. Our specialist services are delivered by an expert team of Neuropsychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants who are very experienced in the fields of brain injury rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation. Assessments and rehabilitation programmes can be carried out by an individual therapist, a therapy assistant or, in some cases, a team approach is adopted involving several disciplines depending on the needs of the client. Our team will also work closely with professionals from other organisations and agencies to provide integrated treatment and rehabilitation. Headwise therapists deliver our services in a variety of venues and settings depending on what is most suitable to the client. Clients can be seen in their own homes, residential accommodation, schools, the community or at one of our conveniently located and modern offices based in Birmingham and Shrewsbury, which are easily accessible by public transport and by road.
