Heal & Co.(the “Firm”) is a boutique law firm with expertise in the professional liability defence of municipal, building and construction law claims, and provides strategic advice on construction matters more generally. We are legal experts who deliver superior outcomes to clients on a consistent basis. The Firm’s founding partners have over two decades of experience in providing legal services to the construction industry in Ontario. We will also partner with our clients with innovative cost and billing structures to meet their needs. The firm’s clients include major construction industry players: engineering and design firms, construction companies, municipals, real estate developers and other law firms who ask the Firm to take conflict referrals. By focusing on the special needs of each of these client groups, the Firm serves our clients and builds on our track record of superior outcomes. Our central Toronto location provides access to the courts including the Toronto Construction Lien Masters Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. A central downtown location also provides ample parking and subway access for clients. The Firm uses its lawyers’ existing reputation and expertise to build and maintain long-term client centered relationships, provide strategic advice.
