As a Certified Body Code Practitioner and Life coach I assist others to let go of the energy and conditioning of their past, connect more fully to the present moment and their own unique energy so that they can create the life they have always wanted. I work with clients both 1:1 and in groups to heal, transform and transmute the energy of their past experiences, emotions, conditioning, programming and beliefs that are holding them back from living the life they truly desire
