Healcyon is a Way of Freedom-from pain, suffering, your past, limits to your potential. Think of it as Life Coaching, but for your Body and your flow of energy. An exploration in self-awareness. Healcyon offers Transformative Bodywork that dissolves the root cause of dysfunction you're facing in Life. This can be manifested as a physical pain or chronic disease, or it can be an emotional disturbance-fear, anger, anxiety, etc. Another dysfunction is in your spiritual well-being, feeling disconnected from the universe you are a part of. Returning you to vibrant well-being is the first step. Your body is an untapped source of insight into the current challenges you're facing in life. That nagging back pain may very well be your body being dissatisfied with your continued denial of your potential. After a breakthrough, I offer to continue working with you to ensure real change and breaking free from old patterns. The goal is to get you better and back to your life, not back to me again and again for the same issues. Healcyon also offers instruction in Qi Gong, a powerful yet gentle dynamic movement exercise from China. What makes Gift of the Tao (GoT) a unique form of Qi Gong is its nonlinear approach to spiritual growth. Rather than a rigid outline for progression in the system, GoT adapts to your particular needs. This ensures every session will be beneficial and suited for integrating your Body Mind and Spirit. The complete set of GoT Qigong uses dynamic movement patterns to work out the entire body and energy system. This helps improve energy flow and raise your frequency for improved health and awareness. The end result is an expanded and balanced state of being. The goal of the practice and benefits come from experiential practice with our connection to our Highest and Best Self.
