Healsafe Interior Ab

Healsafe Interiör is a Swedish design company with focus on design as a method to develop risk reducing and suicide resistant interior products whereever they are needed. We apply a user centered design method with the aim to contribute to a normalized physical environment. It all started in 2010 when we were asked to design a suicide resistant hook for clothes and towels for the new forensic psychiatric hospital Helix in Stockholm. This brought us to dedicate our knowledge and effort to this field. HealSafe Interiör supplies an assortment of products sought to minimize the risk of suicide, self-harm or violence against staff, patients, or visitors. HealSafe Interiör constantly develop and expand its range with normalized products developed in collaboration with our customers and users in psychiatric care, behavioural care, treatment homes, etc. We strongly believe that every detail in a thoughtful, normalized, user-oriented design of the environment can increase safety while creating a healing environment. Our vision is to save lives and create good environments with smart and sustainable products. The suicide resistant products from HealSafe Interiör are now used at several psychiatric hospitals and correctional units in Scandinavia, UK and Canada.
