Our mission is empowerment: helping people to grow old healthier and more vital. We have helped many thousands of people to improve their health and vitality. For this we offer, proven in the long term, successful in-company training, personal coaching and advanced tools for (e-) health & engagement monitoring. We base our training and advice on the latest scientific literature, such as from the Harvard Nutrition Group,(led by Prof. Stampfer and Prof. Willett, the two most cited researchers in the medical literature), and from parties leading the way in health interventions such as the Mayo Clinic, the Pritikin Institute and Prof Ornish's PMRI (Preventive Medicine Research Institute). Although it is sometimes suggested in the media that advice changes every day, 90% of the insights have been stable for more than 10 years. We like to help people to see the forest through the trees.
