Healthcare Copilot

Healthcare CoPilot builds software intended to assist NHS teams with referral triage, request vetting and guideline-aligned signposting. Our platform, LEO, analyses referral and clinical information and presents recommendations for clinician review. Use helps to standardise decision-making, support governance and audit, and reduce administrative workload. Clinicians remain in control. LEO tiers: • RTM: digital workflow tool intended to provide oversight and clinical audit capabilities for referrals received via the NHS eReferral Service (eRS); helps streamline manual triage and signposting. • RTM+: includes RTM plus limited use of AI to support data extraction and referral classification; sources can include eRS and approved non-eRS inputs (e.g, email, internal systems); extended analytics and reporting are provided. • Clinical Decision Support (UKCA Class I): includes all RTM+ capabilities plus guideline-driven recommendations intended to assist triage, request vetting and pathway signposting within NHS systems. • FDE Subscription: access to Healthcare CoPilot specialists embedded alongside local teams; service helps to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and provide custom analytics aligned to agreed objectives.
