Healthcaring Differently

Healthcaring Differently is a new movement, created by Dr. Onye Nnorom (“Dr. O”) to inspire diverse students to pursue careers in healthcare through social media! Dr O seeks to amplify the great work of diverse physicians and healthcare leaders across the country, as well as pathway programs to medicine and other areas of healthcare. This platform will also serve as a resource to medical students to explore career options within medicine. This social media initiative will include live interviews with physicians and health professionals who are practicing differently because they are different – Black, Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, differently-abled, and they are finding creative ways to serve unique communities and address health equity!
