Our Services to Patients: Vast Network of Doctors and hospitals: We are working with hospitals and doctors in countries including India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, UAE, Greece and Germany and slowly expanding to other countries. Patients can shortlist hospitals depending on where they want to travel and budget. 24X7 Customer support inpatient language: We have a call centre in three language's (Arabic, Russian and English) to reach out and provide support to patients. We have trained call centre representatives who can assist, guide and convert patients visiting our platform or referred to us by our partners. Visa and travel Assistance: We assist them in getting medical visas, tickets & hotel for each country. Currently, they rely on agents to arrange everything for them who charge exorbitant charges for their services. Bank Loans and Insurances: No one in the industry is working towards providing bank loans and insurances which cover International travel for treatment. We are working with banks and insurances companies to promote lending and insurance plans to cover treatment in our partnered hospitals. Post Treatment Care: We have an online database of all our patients with their complete medical history, that can be referred to any of our partnered hospitals for assistance. We have even tie-ups with local doctors in the patient's country to give them post-operative care once they return to their country.s.
