At Healthstin our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are able to offer you a health service where we can evaluate your overall health and deliver exercise programs tailored to your needs in your home, work, hydrotherapy or gym environment. We aim to bring you an evidence based rehabilitation approach that is functional, relevant and attainable, with a focus on your personal goals and aspirations to optimize your outcomes. We can provide Exercise Physiology services under Medicare, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Workers Compensation (WorkCover NSW), Compulsory Third Party, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and for private matters. Massage therapy uses a variety of techniques to manipulate your joints and soft tissue to improve your body’s overall health. Massage increases the body’s supply of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, which help release waste from the muscle tissue. Massage also accelerates your body's own natural ability to heal itself.
