At HealthTalker We are Believers We emphasize the connection that exists between people who share a common bond and we embrace that connection to build awareness and knowledge through personal experiences. WE BELIEVE IN PEOPLE We started with the idea that people want to share their experiences and help each other be informed and make better choices. WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF STORIES Nothing will ever replace a face-to-face conversation. You see a smile, hear a laugh, and feel the emotion. A conversation connects people with one another. And, that’s what we are all about. HEALTHTALKERS ARE REAL PEOPLE They are people, just like you that believe “if they knew then what they know now” they could’ve made better choices. They know that their knowledge can make a difference. And so, they share their experience because they care and they get their friends, family and people in their community to the right answer faster. WE BUILD COMPELLING, GRASS-ROOTS MOVEMENTS We raise awareness and increase conversations about causes, conditions, providers and treatment options. WE ENGAGE We activate like-minded individuals, who want to be a part of something larger than themselves, to join a movement and spread the word to the people in their network. We help them spread the word about something that matters to them. WE EQUIP We equip HealthTalkers with offline and online content and facts. Providing factual information to share or pass along creates an authentic structure for dialogue, empowering them to have effective, informed conversations.
