Healthy Aging Clinic was established in 2012 by Ronmed Ltd. who for the last 15 years have been preforming medical evaluations for insurance companies. Ronmed's CEO, Amira Paz, along with its Medical Director, Dr. Ron Ben-Yitzhak, decided to harness the company's vast experience and to address the needs identified in elderly, as the need for comprehensive medical response in elderly rose again and again. Healthy Aging company offers an array of medical and paramedical services in order to improve quality of life of elderly patients. Multidisciplinary team addresses the needs of the clinic patients and their families with emphasis on: • Maintaining contact with patients, their families and the various medical factors • Continuous consulting implementing medical recommendations for further treatment. • Having open and continuous communication between the various therapists. • In each area there is a professional case manager who is responsible of the professional team, updating the healthcare team and support patients and their families.
