Healthy Waltham

Healthy Waltham is a community-based organization dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the residents of Waltham, MA. Our programs increase access to healthy foods, provide nutrition education, and create opportunities for physical activity to underserved populations. At present, our primary focus is on supporting those hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic. Since the onset of the pandemic, we have more than doubled the number of food pantries in order to regularly provide pantry staples and fresh produce to thousands of families facing food instability. We envision a community where all residents can access fresh, nutritious food for themselves and their families, understand the importance of healthy eating and have the opportunity to participate in physical activity to strengthen body and mind.
