As the founder and managing director of the disability support provider Community Access Care, which is a disability support provider, Julie wanted to extend her knowledge and experience to provide effective Support Coordination for Participants. When the opportunity to acquire Heart2Heart presented itself, she jumped at the opportunity. Heart2Heart operates independently of Community Access Care. You are our priority.
