Heart-led Support is Australia’s leading all-male disability support provider, founded by three best friends Jeb, Keagan and Darren. The organisation exists to empower men on the NDIS to live purpose-driven, independent, and emotionally grounded lives through values-based leadership, holistic mentoring, and high-quality support services. HLS operates within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework, providing both direct support services and personal development mentoring for male participants, often those facing mental health challenges, acquired brain injuries, neurodiversity, or physical disabilities. The company’s ethos centres on redefining what it means to be a man in care, combining structure, accountability, brotherhood, and compassion.
